Principal's

welcome

WELCOME to Caloundra Christian College – an amazing place to learn and belong.

At CalCC, we are a team of committed educators who fundamentally believe that each child is unique and created in God’s image. Together, with our students, parents, local churches and businesses, we work hard to see each student flourish and grow in their own strengths, passions and sense of purpose.

Our practices are built on the belief that students learn best when they feel safe, loved and genuinely challenged, engaging in purposeful, creative opportunities to learn about themselves and the impact they can make on the world they live in.

“We believe every child is created in the image of God, that every child has a hope and future, a destiny that is all their own. Our role is to provide the individualised care and education to support that.”

I am proud that CalCC is a place where young people thrive academically, spiritually and socially. The College is a place where we really know your child, not just by their name or a grade on an exam.

I invite you to come and get to know us. We have regular College tours or we can also make a special time that suits you. Simply give us a call and we can chat about what type of school you are looking for and what we have to offer.

I look forward to meeting with you and sharing how we can partner with you to see your child flourish.

Courage helps me to do more things outside of my comfort zone. My old school was so big that I could never do things on stage but since this is a smaller school I feel able to do things out of my comfort zone. I just love CalCC.

I like writing. When I first started I couldn’t write much but now I am really good because we practise a lot. Writing is important.  My teacher is very nice and she helps me learn new things.

My teacher is really nice and she is funny too. My favourite thing to do at school is play basketball. I show people I care by taking care of them when they are sad or need help.
